Project development

Aleltho can assist in the strategic aspects of site acquisition, planning and permitting application, technology selection, feedstock supply and off-take arrangements at the project inception stage.

Project structuring

We have a wealth of experience in the commercial and contractual structuring of asset financed transactions. In particular, we can assist in structuring feedstock arrangements, construction agreements, technology licenses, operating arrangements, energy off-take agreements, recyclate contracts and financing documentation.

Financial advice

Aleltho have experienced asset finance professionals within our team who have a wealth of experience in financial modelling, structuring, arrangement and placement. We have a depth of experience in all capital markets, both listed and unlisted. We can assist in corporate and tax structuring and the raising and placement of capital.

Asset management

We pride ourselves on the quality of our asset and portfolio management approach. We seek, in the majority of our investments, to provide asset management services to our investee companies. These services broadly divide between operational support services and financial support services.

Director representation

Aleltho have a number of senior staff who are experienced in serving as directors on the Boards of project companies and broader, asset-intensive businesses. We expect to have representation on the boards of all our investee companies and businesses.

Value enhancement

As a long term investor we are focussed upon enhancing value from our portfolio of investments on a continual basis. Our strategic partners will benefit from the value we can add in enhancing returns. Some of this value will simply come from exploiting the economies of scale which Aleltho create through owning a diversified portfolio. Value will also be derived from continually optimising the capital structure of such assets. But greater value may well come from Aleltho's focus on creating a renewable energy business which can exercise some strategic control over feedstock supply, technology selection and integration and the coordination of energy outputs and trading.
