Our investment philosophy is simple: to provide experienced and skilled partner organisations with long term capital and associated expertise to realise shared business objectives.

We are an energy focussed private investment manager, building a diversified portfolio of small-to-medium sized renewable energy investments. Our core sub-sectors are biomass, waste-to-energy and solar but we will also consider investments in other renewable energy sectors.

We are focussed upon growth and responsible value creation and do not have a formulaic approach to investment. We are not simply asset owners and we understand the benefit of collaboration with strategic sector partners. Therefore, we provide flexible, solution-orientated capital and associated asset and investment management services.

When investing in businesses we seek board representation but only very rarely control and we focus upon businesses that aim to expand quickly but in a controlled manner. We will assist our partner organisations by enabling them to leverage off our capital, expertise and innovation.

We are positioned between the private equity community and infrastructure funds in terms of outlook, return expectation and risk appetite.

We benefit from a single tier investment committee structure which facilitates quick decision making.
