Perry Noble and Dimitrios Hatzis are pleased to announce that they are to take positions as founding partners in Aleltho Energy LLP alongside Barry Williams as of 30th April 2009

Perry formerly worked for Freshfields in senior management, holding positions as global head of finance and managing partner in Asia, and has been a leading transactional lawyer in infrastructure for 20+ years, acting for public sector procurers, developers, equity investors and lenders.

Dimitrios has 20+ years experience in growing asset focused operating businesses, and transactional experience in social infrastructure and M&A, having held senior roles in Amey plc and Miller. Dimitrios has also previously worked in senior positions within the public sector with his main focus upon improving business efficiency.

Perry will take the role as Aleltho Energy LLPs Executive Chairman and Dimitrios will take the position as a Funding Director for Aleltho Energy LLP focussed upon compliance, regulation and corporate governance.
