Aleltho Energy LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew Wood has joined Aleltho as its Investment Analyst and Chief Financial Officer.

Andrew has 17 years experience in the finance sector. He recently left Babcock and Brown where he worked for 9 years as an analyst specialising in the structuring, financing and execution of infrastructure projects in the UK and Australia. This included market takeovers, raising funds at IPOs on the UK and Australian stock exchanges, raising debt and equity finance for individual projects, and the refinancing of existing projects.

Prior to Babcock and Brown, Andrew worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, structuring project financings under the UK Private Finance Initiative.
